Anaerobic Digestion & Biogas System Overview
We deliver complete anaerobic digestion and biogas systems, providing end-to-end solutions from organic waste treatment to ready-to-use energy. Our integrated systems cover digestion, gas capture, cleaning, and utilisation, supplying biogas for direct use in burners or boilers, power generation, or upgrading to biomethane for CNG and LNG applications, depending on site and market requirements.
Agriculture Waste Treatment & Biogas Production
POME Biogas for Co-Firing – PT Bumitama (Indonesia)
This project treats palm oil mill effluent (POME) via anaerobic digestion to produce biogas for co-firing applications. The system processes approximately 700–1,000 m³/day of POME, generating biogas with methane content of 55–65%, supporting partial substitution of fossil fuels while reducing wastewater treatment loads.
POME-to-Power – PT Evans (Indonesia)
In this installation, POME is treated through covered anaerobic digestion to generate biogas for on-site power generation. The system handles 800–1,200 m³/day of POME, producing biogas to support 0.8–1.2 MW of electrical output, improving energy self-sufficiency and reducing methane emissions.
POME Biogas for Co-Firing – Sinar Mas (Indonesia)
This large-scale project converts POME into biogas for co-firing with conventional fuels in industrial boilers. Designed for high organic loading, the system processes >1,000 m³/day of POME, generating biogas with consistent methane concentration suitable for stable co-firing operations.
Landfill Gas Treatment & Power Generation
Landfill Gas (LFG) Power Generation – Malaysia
This project captures landfill gas generated from municipal solid waste using an active gas collection system. The facility treats approximately 1,500–2,500 Nm³/h of LFG, supplying biogas engines with an installed electrical capacity of 1–2 MW, while significantly reducing uncontrolled methane emissions.
Landfill Gas Power Generation – Philippines
At this site, landfill gas is collected, treated, and utilised for power generation to support local electricity demand. The system captures 1,000–2,000 Nm³/h of LFG, delivering 0.8–1.5 MW of renewable power and improving landfill environmental performance.
